Is window tinting done on the inside or the outside of the glass?
Window tinting is designed to be applied to the inside of the glass. The UV protective layer is on glue side of the film which in turn protects the film itself. There are films on the market which are designed to be installed on the outside, but in the harsh Brisbane or Gold Coast sun most films only lasts a few years on outside.
